How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We take the delivery of our products very seriously. Orders receivedbefore 2:00 PM are processed and leave our logistics center the same day. Theestimated delivery time for Spain and continental Europe is 24 to 48 working hours.For international shipments and Latin America (from our center in Colombia), theestimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
How can I track my shipment?
The moment your package is handed over to the shippingcompany, you will receive an automatic email with a personalized tracking link to check the status of your delivery in real time.
What happens if I enter my shipping address incorrectly?
Please contact our customer service immediately via chat or by sending anemail to info@karitievocurly.com. If your order has not yet been processed by thewarehouse, we will modify the details free of charge.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
As it is high-end cosmetic products for hair and hygiene, for health andsafety reasons we can only accept returns of products that remain in their originalpackaging, with the security seal intact and unused, within 15 days of receipt.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged or broken?
We are deeply sorry if this happens. All our shipments travel insured. Ifa jar suffers an accident during transport, send us a photograph of the conditionof the package to our support email within the first 24 hours and we will arrangea completely free urgent reshipment.
Where are the products manufactured and what is their expiration date?
All our exclusive formulations are proudly developed under strictEuropean Union standards and notarized in Spain. The shelf life of the closed product is 2 to 3 years. Once opened, we recommend checking the PAO icon(an open jar printed on the label indicating the months of optimal consumption,for example, 12M).

Am I a distributor or an affiliate? What is the difference?
An Authorized Distributor is a professional or business that purchases inventory in volume at wholesale pricing (MOQ) to resell through physical locations or approved sales channels. An Affiliate, on the other hand, does not purchase inventory or manage stock. Instead, affiliates promote our products through digital platforms using a personalized referral link and earn a commission for every successful sale generated through our online store.
